Skillbox consolidates 100% of online school Skillfactory

Skillbox Holding will increase its stake in IT school Skillfactory to 100%. The deal is planned to be finalized in early 2024, its amount and other details are not disclosed. Skillbox now owns 63.8% of Skillfactory. After the deal closes, the online school will continue to develop the Skillfactory and Contented brands.
