Novatek this week will start commissioning work on the first line of the Arctic LNG 2 plant, and it will reach its design capacity in the first quarter of 2024, said the head of the company Leonid Mikhelson. Second line of Arctic LNG 2 may start producing liquefied natural gas in December 2024.
