Shareholders of NOVATEK approved dividends for 6 months 2026 in the amount of ₽35.5 per ordinary share. The last day of purchase of securities to receive dividends is October 9, 2026. Dividend yield may amount to 3.41%.

Negotiations with Vietnam on LNG supplies are at an advanced stage, said Leonid Mikhelson, head of Novatek. First shipments may take place as early as 2027. The initial supply volume will be about 1 million tons.
