Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed an order allowing Nordline LLC to purchase 10% of the Arctic LNG 2 project from TotalEnergies. Nordline LLC was established by Novatek in May of this year.

Novatek Board of Directors has decided to extend the share buyback program until December 17, 2031. Total amount of funds allocated for the program is limited to RUB 100 billion. Purchased shares can be used for subsequent sale, as well as for management and employee incentive programs.
