Shareholders of UWC approved additional share issue

An extraordinary meeting of shareholders of United Wagon Company approved an increase in the authorized capital by means of an additional share issue. UWC plans to place 12.5 bln additional shares by public subscription. Currently, the company's authorized capital consists of 115.997 million shares. Price of the securities placement will be determined later by the company's Board of Directors.
