United Wagon Company's IFRS net profit for 2023 amounted to ₽33.98 billion, compared to a loss of ₽18.77 billion in the previous year. Revenue almost doubled to ₽82.02 billion against ₽42.01 billion a year earlier.

Buyers of Trust's stake in UWC were four shareholders of Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company, businessman Andrei Bokarev told journalists on the sidelines of the RSPP congress. They acquired 96% of UWC in equal shares. Earlier it was reported that Trust withdrew from the capital of OVK at the end of 2023 with a loss of ₽20 billion.
