Rostelecom bought out the remaining 25% in the developer of Aurora OS

Rostelecom has consolidated a 100% stake in mobile operating system developer Aurora by exercising its option to buy 25% of the company from Grigory Berezkin's structures. Under the terms of the agreement, the operator could buy the stake for at least ₽606 mln. Market participants estimate the deal at ₽1 bln.
