Cian has received government commission approval to buy SmartDeal

Cian has received approval from the government commission for control over foreign investment in Russia to acquire SmartDeal, a real estate transaction registration service. Cian has been trying to acquire the service since 2021, but the company has been unable to obtain regulatory approvals.
