Board of Directors of Cian recommended that dividends be paid for 9 months 2025 in the amount of ₽104 per ordinary share. The last day of the purchase of securities to receive dividends is December 11, 2025. Dividend yield may amount to 16.95%.

Cian’s former holding company, Cian Plc, has completed its redomiciliation to Russia and was registered as MKAO “CN” in the Special Administrative Region of the Kaliningrad region on October 16. Following the redomiciliation, the company plans to consider paying special dividends estimated at over 100 rubles per share.

Cian plc has received permission from the Registrar of Companies of Cyprus to redomicile to Russia. In the next two weeks, the company will submit documents for registration in the special administrative region on Oktyabrsky Island. Redomicilation is expected to be completed within one month from the date of filing the registration application.
