Transmashholding may buy UWC

Main shareholder of UWC, Trust Bank, is negotiating the sale of the railcar building company, sources told Vgudok. Buyer may be Transmashholding or UMMC. Vgudok will publish details of the potential deal and the market's opinion on the forthcoming takeover in the near future.
