Softline's major shareholder has published an offer to exchange Noventiq receipts for Softline shares. Collection of offers will take place through the trading and settlement infrastructure of the Moscow Exchange and SPB Exchange during the period from August 28 to September 22, 2023 inclusive. More detailed information on the offer submission procedure published on the website of Moscow Exchange and will be provided to receipt holders by SPB Exchange trading participants.
