Vgudok named the sale price of UWC

UWC will be sold to Andrei Bokarev's structures - UMMC or TMH - for about ₽12 billion without taking into account debt restructuring, sources told Vgudok. In the new board of directors of UWC will include CEO of UMMC-Trans Irina Olkhovskaya, and Kirill Lipa from Transmashholding will remain outside the management structures of UWC, which may indicate that the most likely buyer is UMMC, the interlocutors of the publication suggest.
