Operating company Vush Ltd. will pay ₽1.29 billion in dividends to its parent PJSC Vush Holding. Out of this money, the PJSC will be able to pay dividends to its shareholders in line with its adopted dividend policy of about ₽1.14 billion, or about ₽10 per share. Recommended dividends will be determined by Whoosh's board of directors in October.
