Ozon will obtain a primary listing on the Moscow Exchange

Ozon intends to obtain a primary listing on the Moscow Exchange and has submitted a prospectus of depositary receipts for registration with the Bank of Russia for this purpose. Company expects that the registration process will be completed in Q4 2023.
