Board of Directors of Ozon recommended that dividends be paid for 9 months 2025 in the amount of ₽143.55 per ordinary share. The last day of the purchase of securities to receive dividends is December 19, 2025. Dividend yield may amount to 3.47%.

Ozon is developing a separate app, “Ozon Select,” focused on mid-range and premium products, including fashion, cosmetics, home goods, and electronics. The project is in testing, with a standalone website planned for 2026. Its assortment will partly mirror Ozon Fashion Lux and include new brands, mainly from Russian producers.

Ozon has completed the automatic conversion of its American depositary receipts into ordinary shares of MKPAO Ozon. The company expects trading in its shares on the Moscow Exchange to resume on November 11, 2025. Ozon is also working with the exchange to upgrade its shares (ISIN: RU000A10CW95, ticker OZON) from the third to the first listing level.

Ozon plans to launch its own management company and later obtain a brokerage license. The new type of business will be aimed at retail investors who are already customers of the marketplace and its bank, experts believe.
