Ozon plans to pay dividends in 2026, which will be comparable to 2025, said Igor Gerasimov, the company's financial director. Earlier, the marketplace's board of directors recommended the first dividend payment in the company's history in the amount of ₽143.55 per share.

Ozon has launched a share buyback program in order to implement a stock-based employee motivation program. The ₽25 billion by volume program will be in effect until the end of 2026.
