Etalon split the depository program

Etalon has separated its depositary receipt programs issued under Reg S with ISIN US29760G1031 and under Rule 144A with ISIN US29760G2021. Receipt program operator The Bank of New York Mellon will place the Reg S program under the management of a new depository bank, RCS Issuer Services S.AR.L., on November 6, 2023. Depository Rule 144A program will be terminated 90 days after the separation.
