Shareholders of Etalon developer approved an additional issue of 400 million ordinary shares to purchase Business-Realty JSC, which owns a portfolio of land plots and commercial real estate in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Placement price will be determined after the expiration of the pre-emption period.

Volume of real estate sold by the developer Etalon in August 2025 amounted to 76 thousand square meters, which is 41% more than a year earlier. In monetary terms, sales increased by 45%, reaching almost 19 billion rubles. Figures were the highest for August in the company's history.
