Moscow Exchange revealed that HeadHunter receipts do not meet the listing requirements. Securities have no listing on a foreign exchange, corresponding to the criteria established by the regulations of the Bank of Russia. At the same time, no decision of the Bank of Russia on the admission of the securities to public circulation in the Russian Federation was made. Issuer has been given a deadline for elimination of the revealed violations.
