DMFA JSC made a final offer for Detsky Mir shares

DMFA JSC has offered to sell it shares in Detsky Mir for ₽71.5 a share. Applications for the sale of shares will be accepted from October 5, 2023 to and including December 14, 2023. It is expected that upon completion of the offer, Detsky Mir PJSC may be liquidated, subject to necessary corporate resolutions. Company notes that the liquidation value per share may be lower than the share price under the offer of DMFA PJSC.
