UWC may issue additional shares at ₽9.3 per share

Price of placement of additional shares of UWC may be set at ₽9.3 per share, according to the draft decision of the company's Board of Directors. Decision on this issue will be made by the Board of Directors of UWC on November 7. Company plans to place 12.5 billion additional shares by public subscription. At present, the authorized capital of UWC consists of 115.997 million shares.
