In monetary terms, sales grew by 32% to ₽176.7 billion. Share of mortgage transactions increased by 5.5 p.p. to 86%. Average price per sq m rose 5% to ₽181,500. Samolet Plus' GMV was ₽455.8 billion, up 2-fold from ₽224 a year earlier.
