ICAO Headhunter will also make an offer for Russian ADS holders

As a result of the processes of buying out Headhunter receipts from non-residents and exchanging them for shares of ICAO Headhunter should become a holding company of HeadHunter Group with a listing on the Moscow Exchange. For this purpose, the company intends to conduct a separate offering of its shares to ADS holders through NSD or SPB Bank.
