UWC started placement of additional share issue

UWC announced that it has started collecting bids for additional shares at a price of ₽9.3 per share. The company intends to place 12.5 billion shares. At present, the authorized capital of OEC consists of 115.997 million shares. Applications will be accepted until November 22.
