Yevgeny Serdyukov spoke about the situation on the SPB Exchange

SPB Exchange has turned to international lawyers to work out together with them, market participants and the Central Bank the procedure of investors' actions to receive securities or sell them, said the new head of the trading floor Evgeny Serdyukov. Top manager also noted that after receiving the message about sanctions, processing of any orders to conclude deals and move securities was suspended by all foreign intermediaries, including "friendly" ones.
