Lukoil agreed with China's Seven on cooperation on the MCC project in Budennovsk

Lukoil Oil Company and China National Chemical Engineering and Construction Company Seven signed an agreement to develop design documentation for a gas chemical complex in Budennovsk, Stavropol Territory. Gas chemical complex in Budennovsk will allow efficient monetization of gas from Lukoil's fields in the Northern Caspian through the production of urea, which is in demand in the global fertilizer market.
