Seligdar Holding transferred 10% of Rusolovo shares in payment for units of the Perspektivnoe Razvitie Closed Unit Investment Fund. All units of this fund are owned by Seligdar itself. Transferring the shares to the fund will expand opportunities for raising funds to finance Rusolovo's investment program, the holding explains.
