HeadHunter extended the acceptance of applications for exchange of receipts for shares

HeadHunter has extended the acceptance of applications for the exchange of the company's ADSs for shares of MCAO Headhunter. Initially, applications for the exchange were accepted until November 17. Now this deadline has been extended to December 1. Exchange offer is valid for no more than 50% of HeadHunter. It is addressed to friendly non-residents whose shares are held outside the Russian infrastructure.
