Astra may hold an SPO in the next two years

Astra Group may conduct an SPO without an additional issue in the second half of 2024 or in 2025 to increase free-float. Company completed its IPO on October 12, offering 10.5 mln shares, with a free-float of 5%. Increasing the free-float is necessary for the company both to increase liquidity and to be included in the first quotation list and the Moscow Exchange index.
