UWC completed the placement of additional share issue

OVK completed the placement of an additional share issue at ₽9.3 per share. Company raised ₽25.95 billion by issuing 2.79 billion shares. Trust Bank bought almost all of the securities, increasing its stake in the company to 93.6%. Funds raised by the additional issue will be used to reduce the credit load.
