Sovcombank acquired insurance company InLife

Sovcombank announced the acquisition of an insurance company for ₽6.8 billion, without disclosing its name. RBC's sources said that the company in question is InLife Insurance and the related InLife Life Insurance. InLife Insurance's net profit in the first half of the year amounted to ₽1 billion. Premiums collected almost doubled year-on-year to ₽1.8 billion.
