Rostelecom started construction of the third stage of the Trans-Eurasian FOCL network

Rostelecom began construction of the third stage of the new trans-Eurasian fiber-optic communication line TEA NEXT, which will stretch between the cities of Torzhok in the Tver Region and Kyakhta in the Republic of Buryatia and will reach the eastern border of Russia with Mongolia. Construction of this section with a total length of about 6,300 km is planned to be completed by the end of 2025.
