SPB Exchange agrees on asset unblocking strategy

SPB Exchange has agreed on an asset unblocking strategy. In the near future, depository of exchange SPB Bank will apply to OFAC with a proposal of asset unlocking mechanisms and in the future will independently inform market participants about the progress of interaction with OFAC on the website unlockingassets.rf and in the tg-channel @assetunlocking.
