Mitsui withdraws employees from Arctic LNG-2

Japanese company Mitsui and Co has decided to withdraw its employees from the Arctic LNG 2 project in order to protect workers from US sanctions, sources told the Japanese newspaper Sankei Shimbun. Herewith, the recall does not mean that the company is leaving the Russian project. Expect Mitsui's joint venture with Japan's Jogmec to retain its stake in Arctic LNG 2.
