TGC-1 sold 60.5% of Teploseti Saint-Petersburg to St. Petersburg

TGC-1 sold 60.5% of JSC Teploset of St. Petersburg to SUE Fuel and Energy Complex of St. Petersburg. Amount of the transaction amounted to ₽6 billion with payment in equal installments over 6 years. Stake will be transferred to the new owner after the first payment is made, which is due by March 30, 2024.
