More than half of TGC-2 shares were transferred to Rosimushchestvo

In December, Rosimushchestvo received 59.8% of TGK-2 shares into direct disposal, according to the company's materials. The basis for the transfer of ownership was "the decision of Leninsky District Court of Yaroslavl dated 14.07.2023". In July, the court satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office to seize 83% of TGC-2 shares from private owners in favor of the state. According to the agency, the shares were used for illegal profit-making by former Senator Leonid Lebedev, against whom a criminal case is being investigated.
