Cosmos Hotel Group will build a resort with a five-star hotel on the shore of the Caspian Sea in Dagestan. Construction will start not earlier than 2025, and the volume of investments will amount to about ₽5 billion, said the president of the company, Alexander Biba. There is also a great demand for premium hotels in Altai and the Moscow region, Cosmos Hotel Group sees this as a direction for development, said Mr. Biba.
