Court upheld the FAS decision to impose a fine on Severstal

Arbitration Court of Moscow recognized the FAS prescription and the antimonopoly service's fine against Severstal as lawful. In September 2022, the company was ordered to pay a fine of ₽8.7 billion for collusion with NLMK and MMK to maintain a monopolistically high price for hot-rolled flat products on the domestic market.
