Rosimushchestvo increased its stake in TGK-2 to 83.4%

Rosimushchestvo received another 23.6% of TGK-2 shares. Now the government agency owns 83% of the energy company. In July, the court satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office to seize 83% of TGK-2 shares from private owners in favor of the state. According to the agency, the shares were used for illegal profit-making by former Senator Leonid Lebedev, against whom a criminal case is being investigated.
