Yandex transferred its Russian assets to ICAO Yandex

Registered with the ATS late last year, Yandex ICAO became the owner of 99.999% of Yandex LLC, Yandex's main operating company in Russia. MCAO also became the owner of 100% of Technoyak LLC and 49% of Yandex DC LLC, which are also affiliated with the Russian technology company. Founder of MCAO is Yandex N.V.
