SPB Exchange issued the first digital rights

SPB Exchange's information system hosted the first issue of digital rights. Their purchase gives the right to receive green certificates and services for their further redemption, or an alternative monetary claim. Hybrid digital right is a product from the line of digital assets issued and traded as a token in the information system based on blockchain technology.
