Yandex N.V. has closed a deal to sell Russia's Yandex for ₽475 billion to a consortium of private investors. Perimeter of the deal includes all businesses, services and assets of Yandex N.V. group except for foreign startups Nebius, Toloka, Avride and TripleTen and a data center in Finland. Yandex N.V. will cease to be the parent company of the group. By July 31, it will change its name and stop using Yandex brands. New parent company will be Yandex ICAO, whose shares will be traded on the Moscow Exchange.
