Complex in Ust-Luga will be launched in 2027

Operation of gas processing plant in Ust-Lega is due to start in 2026, and the gas chemical plant in 2027. LNG plant of the complex will start operation in 2027-2028. Volume of capital investments will amount to at least ₽2.97 trillion in the prices of the respective years, excluding VAT. Total project cost including VAT and operating flow in the investment phase is ₽4.915 trillion. Project will be 70% financed by debt financing.
