Delimobil IPO will take place at the upper boundary of the price corridor

Delimobile, a carsharing service, has set the IPO offering price at ₽265 per paper, which corresponds to the upper limit of the price corridor. Order book for the first IPO of 2024 was oversubscribed three to four times. Amid strong demand, the IPO size was increased from ₽3 bln to ₽4.2 bln. Carshare service was valued at ₽46.6 bln. Free-float will be 9%. Trading in the shares will begin on February 7 under the ticker DELI.
