Moscow Exchange is developing software to distribute IPO bids

Moscow Exchange will develop a technical solution for distribution of orders for purchase of shares by investors during IPO. This was announced by Natalia Loginova, Director of the Department for work with issuers of Moscow Exchange, adding that "sometimes problems in allocation on previous transactions arose due to technical overlaps. We want to help the market to exclude these technical overlaps".
