RSPP proposed to protect bona fide owners from deprivatization

RSPP has proposed amendments to legislation that would establish bilateral restitution when companies are deprivatized. This is the right of the state to repossess a particular property, but also the right of the owner to compensation at market price, taking into account previous expenses. Initiative is supported by Russian President Vladimir Putin, emphasized the head of the association Alexander Shokhin. Deprivatization has already affected the minority shareholders of Solikamsk Magnesium Plant.
