Rostelecom takes over Mango Telecom

Rostelecom received 100% of Mango Telecom LLC and M.Developer LLC - companies providing IP-telephony services and software development for corporate communications - as collateral. Experts see in the deal signs of takeover. Analysts estimate Mango Telecom at ₽5-6 billion and note that in case of its transfer to Rostelecom, there will be no large independent companies left on the IP-telephony market.
