Liteyny Prospect tanker with Russian Sokol oil on board, recently hit by U.S. sanctions, has docked at the Chinese port of Huanghau in Qangzhou province to unload after three months at sea. It is one of six Sokol oil tankers that have been near Chinese ports in recent weeks. Ships have remained at sea since last November in the absence of oil buyers due to Western sanctions and payment problems.
