Lukoil launches top management remuneration program

Lukoil Oil Company in December 2023 launched an incentive program for top management for the period from 2023 to 2025. Program provides for distribution of conditionally assigned shares and remuneration. Number of conditionally assigned shares is approximately 19 million. Company recorded expenses of ₽25.73 billion for 2023 under this program.
