Samolet withdraws from a major residential project in Kazan

Samolet Group has withdrawn from a residential project in Kazan, having sold its share to a partner. Earlier, Airplane and R Estate agreed to jointly develop 113 hectares in the Sovetsky District of Kazan, where it was planned to build a low-rise residential complex. However, later the media reported that the project may be changed to the construction of nine-story houses. Experts assume that the increase in the cost of the project construction could have influenced the decision of Samolet to refuse to participate in the project.
