VK bought 25% of Tochka for ₽11.6 billion

VK has acquired a 25% stake in digital bank Tochka, which provides a range of services for entrepreneurs, the company disclosed in its annual report. Amount of deal amounted to ₽11.625 billion. Based on this amount, the whole Tochka was valued at ₽46.5 billion. At the same time, Tochka itself published a press release, which said that in addition to VK, 1C company joined the consortium of investors, which earlier together with the management bought 100% of the bank's shares.
