En+ Group plans to start construction of a 1 GW wind farm in Blagoveshchensk together with Chinese partners in late 2025 - early 2026. Currently, key parameters are being worked out and technological solutions are being selected. This stage is planned to be completed by the end of 2024. Holding expects the project to be implemented within the framework of the RES DPM program and is waiting for the relevant government decisions.
